I put the degree of difficulty using AC Pro, just ahead of adding a quart of oil. Yes, it's that simple and easy... but DO watch the video. Shake until you cannot feel and liquid sloshing around.
You guys are the only ones who addressed the exact function of the gauge. Thanks!
Thank you
My 2011 Camry AC suddenly started blowing hot air in 90+ degree weather! Saw reviews for this and decided to try it. I was just fooling around with the gauge when I got home and thought it seemed too easy. Took me about 2 minutes to recharge my system and now it works like new. This product is amazing!
Glad to have helped!
Why doesn't my AC pro gauge that I bought just a few months ago have a temperature setting on the gauge? I bought this in a package with only the gauge, hose and coupler and no refrigerant can. It is made for both the old non sealing and the newer self-sealing cans. Also has a trigger on it to dispense the r134a. Is it made this way because the air temperature is not really that important?
I gave it a whole can. Now it's shooting kinda cold air. I still need the window open. Before, it was shooting hot air now it's kinda cold. I'm going to give it 2 more cans, that'll do it.
Be sure to read the gauge when recharging your system. Overcharging it can lead to warm air, so you want to make sure the refrigerant level is in the green portion of the gauge for best results.
even i felt that ac :)
It would be more helpful if you should the video of the lines. I wouldn't recommend.
👍👍👍
hey thank youima single female doing this by myself. thank yu 4 this helpful video.
You're so welcome!
There aint no 'V' on mine, and it does not lock onto the port. I have to hold it there.
V's have been removed from our gauges. You may have to pull back the collar of the coupler to attach. Also make sure you have the right refrigerant type. R-134a and R-1234yf ports are different and not compatible so you must use the correct gas for your vehicle.
Thx man . Great video instructions 💯
Glad it helped
This video built our confidence for what we thought would be a complicated task. Turns out it was pretty easy! Thank you for this video!
You're very welcome!
Great video!!
So I have a 2018 pilot what kind should I use? Is it safe to use either one ?
Looks like your vehicle uses R-1234yf. To confrim that's the case, look under the hood for a sticker detailing the refrigerant type. That's the best way to check. You must use a product that has the same gas as is in your vehicle.
Yeah, but doesn’t it mean you have a leak?
Why tf them glasses so dam big
Sucks when you don't know if it's too low to kick on or if the clutch just is shot
It only takes a very small amount of gas to override the low pressure cutoff switch, but without adding gas there's no way of knowing.
Why not cover what it means if the pressure bounces up and down as you compressor turns on and off? It even mentions it in the can.
I used the can with the digital reader today. I read all the instructions multiple times and followed them exactly. The pressure started at 40, but then as I held the trigger to fill it, releasing it every 15 seconds to check the pressure, the pressure gradually went down more and more until it was at 33. But at that point the AC was running cool, which is good. I'm just concerned why the pressure is going down. Could the gauge be misreading? I just want to be sure that I didn't overfill.
Depending on the system design you may have the pressure reading fluctuate a little bit and even go down. When the compressor cycles on the pressure reading may go down. You should read the gauge whent compressor cycles on, which is typically the lowest pressure reading.
My gauge when I turn it on is already starting at 70 . Then I attach it to my car and it goes higher than that. I'm at 110.
How will I know not to over fill can comes with no gauge
A typical system contains 20+ oz of refrigerant. If you have a metal leak requiring you to use A/C Pro Super Seal you have typically lost much of that gas. This is only a 12 oz can so it doesn't contain enough to where a gauge will be of much use.
I’m trapped in the ad someone help
hiiii
This was very helpful
the way he was handling that thing with GARDENING GLOVES.. nope
Step one, the guage needle points to the yellow. Any ideas why? It's a 21 old car that's never had the A/C serviced.

I just filled mine up it stayed at 35 PSI on the low side and the air flows at the vent 38F really cold the only thing I notice when removing the cap on the high side just to see it was really pressurized and released pressure when I turn the cap to open it its that normal?
I didn’t need to use the whole can, what’s the shelf life of an opened can? Thanks.
Store the can in a cool, dry place and you can resuse again. There are no shelf life concerns if stored properly. You can leave the gauge on or even off when storing. The can has a self-sealing valve so it won't leak without the gauge.
I got a can of this and have left over in can, , how long is the shelf life? Thanks
Store in a cool, dry place. The product doesn't go bad over time so no concerns with storing and reusing.
UPC does not exist. Can’t even try to use the app. Fix your trash app
Are you entering the last 6 digits of the UPC (including the digit off to the side)? If entered properly it definitely works.
My car model 2000 Tacoma is working in this old models
THIS IS WIERD
Good video. That dude is jacked! 💪
Thanks
From where i can buy it? In egypt
Thanks for this. I’m sure there’s a auto tech out there that would love to charge me $100 or more for this easy fix.
Skip over the oart where you connect the gauge into the canister lmfao!!!!!!!
I've been using the same can to top off or vehicles for the past 3 years, excellent product
What should I use first: a leak stopper or a Freon gas filler?
Add Super Seal first.
@@Acprocold appreciate it
If my AC clutch is not engaging, does that give me a false reading? Also, when you press the lever does it shoot up in PSI on the gauge, and when it’s depressed it shows the actual PSI?
Yes, it may be giving you a higher pressure reading when the clutch is not engaged. When you press the lever the pressure reading should go to zero since you can't read system pressure and fill at the same time. Release the trigger to check the pressure.
If it’s right on 50 does that mean it’s good or should I still take it to the mechanic?
If your system is blowing cold air out you should be good. Pressures in the system will run high when it's really hot outside.

I did this on my 2014 Honda Civic, and it worked great. But someone told me the stopleak in it will ruin my compressor. Is that true?
That's not true. There is a lot of misinformation out there about stop leak and how it works. The stop leak used is an oil-based seal swell agent and doesn't harden or crystalize in your system.
Should the car be cool when you use this? Or can i refill if I’ve been using the car during the day
You can recharge even if you've been using the car.
Thank you! Been daily driving my 92 with no AC for 3 months. This was quick and easy. Appreciate the thorough walk through.
Great to hear!
I found out how to comment on ad!!!!
How
how???
the joyous profile picture of glaggleland
It worked on my Acura MDX 2008. I suggest you to follow instructions step by step
Too bad the quick connect doesnt snap on to a 2011 honda pilot
The quick connect is universal so it should snap onto your vehicle. Couple of things to ask - are you on the right port? It will only snap on the low side port so if you've found the high side port it won't connect. Do you have the right refrigerant. A 2011 Pilot uses R-134a so make sure you don't have a can with R-1234yf. They have different fittings that won't work.
